What You Will Do:
Contribute to the definition and execution of the talent acquisition strategy.
Plan alternative recruitment scenarios based on business needs.
In collaboration with leaders and managers, design and validate best practices for attracting, sourcing, and selecting professionals for our open positions.
Provide new ideas and solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of selection processes, methods, and technologies.
Creating metrics and reports.
Here’s what we are looking for:
5+ years of proven experience in a similar role.
5+ years of experience managing teams.
Recruiting experience.
Desirable:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
IT industry experience.
Intermediate Portuguese.
