Recrutador Executivo – BairesDev – São Gonçalo

What You Will Do:

Drive full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviews, specific exams, presentation to internal clients, and closing of candidates.
Act as a reference towards the internal client and candidates during the process.
Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy.
Propose new alternatives to identify candidates.
Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area.

2+ years of experience in Recruiting (desirable).
Experience in selecting executive profiles is a plus.
Advanced English level.
